Purchasing: We at Bounty Breaks Australia reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. We reserve the right to provide no reason whatsoever for why an order is cancelled. All cancelled orders will be issued a full refund to the payment method used when placing the order. 

Shipping: We take pride in the speed and quality of our packaging and shipping! Anything of value including numbered cards, relics, autographs, Short Prints or just stuff that looks nice will be well protected with a penny sleeve, top loader and sealed in a team bag to protect the card from slipping out during delivery. Small orders will use bubble mailers and larger orders may arrive boxed. All large packages and special requests will have tracking.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Shipping for breaks and all open live items for Australian customers is consolidated and shipped every 2 weeks (2nd and 4th week of each month). Shipping is FREE for all open live and break orders.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS: Shipping for breaks and all open live items for New Zealand customers is consolidated and shipped every 2-3 weeks. Shipping is FREE for all open live and break orders

INSURANCE: If you require insurance for any of your deliveries this can be purchase via the store in the Shipping Insurance tab. We highly recommend that insurance is added for items or products of high value.

SHIPPING METHODS: We ship via AUSTRALIA POST and on ocasions via courier. Every Parcel is shipped with tracking. All tracking numbers are attached to your orders in your account. On the rare occasion parcels may be delayed or unfortunately lost in transit. Bounty Breaks take no responsibility for loss of items once dispatched and tracking number attached to order. If no insurance is placed on the parcel then you may be elegible for compensation at maximum $100 of cost value, not the retail value
